What the inquiry form collects

The form collects your name, email, organization, area of interest, and message. It records a submission reference and timestamp. Please do not provide participant names, student records, health information, case histories, or incarceration details.

How the information is used and stored

Information is stored in this website’s Cloudflare D1 database through ChatGPT Sites to support partnership and program inquiries. It is available to the site owner through the Sites database controls. There is no public list of submissions and this website provides no public API to read inquiries.

Email notifications are not connected. A successful form submission means the inquiry was accepted into the website database; it does not mean an email was delivered. Emailing Bryson directly uses your email provider and the business email service.

Spam prevention and security

The form uses server-side validation, a signed time-limited form token, a hidden anti-spam field, an origin check, and submission limits. A daily hash derived from the network IP address is stored to limit repeated submissions. The application does not store the raw IP address in its inquiry table. Hosting providers may process network information in their infrastructure logs.

Retention and deletion

When a new valid inquiry is saved, the application removes inquiries older than 90 days. This is activity-triggered cleanup, not a scheduled deletion guarantee. The owner can delete inquiries through the Sites database controls. Email Bryson to request correction or deletion of your inquiry.

Cookies, hosting, and other websites

We do not add standalone advertising trackers or analytics scripts. ChatGPT Sites may process hosting cookies and technical information. This public website does not require visitors to sign in. OpenAI and Cloudflare provide hosting infrastructure. Links to YouTube, Amazon, the school’s website, and the separate Crown storefront take you to services with their own privacy practices. The Home, MQ, and Media & Creative Work pages include a YouTube player using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain. Loading or playing the video connects to YouTube/Google, which may process device and usage information under its own privacy policies. No social feeds are embedded.
