Discuss the setting
Who do you serve? What do you want to explore? We begin with your audience, learning goals, and existing program.
Shape the scope
Agree on a format, suitable material, schedule, access requirements, responsibilities, and cost.
Plan the review
Decide what feedback will be useful and how your team will assess whether further work makes sense.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BEGIN
The practical details.
Can the work be adapted to our audience?
That is part of the initial conversation. Age, learning goals, accessibility, group size, and organizational requirements help determine whether and how a program can fit.
How much does a workshop or pilot cost?
Pricing is scoped with your organization. Share the audience, format, and timing you have in mind so that delivery requirements and a fee can be discussed before you commit.
Do you currently deliver programs in prisons?
Correctional education is an area for partnership development. We are not representing proposed prison pilots as completed delivery. Facility approval and practical requirements must be resolved before any program is agreed.
Do participants need to share personal experiences?
Film provides a shared story to discuss. Personal disclosure is not required. Group boundaries, safeguarding responsibilities, and suitable content should be agreed with the host organization.
Can a funder support a pilot?
We welcome conversations with funders and institutional supporters. A potential pilot needs a host, a defined audience, a realistic scope, and an agreed review process. No funding or tax-deductible status is implied.
LET’S BUILD WITH INTENTION
Bring the conversation to your organization.
Tell us who you serve and what you want to explore. We’ll start with fit, then shape a practical next step.
